Metro Lyric Opera Seeking Chorus Members for 50th Summer Season
Metro Lyric Opera celebrates its 50th Season with a call for ALL SINGERS.
The Metro Lyric Opera celebrates its 50th season of bringing New York quality opera performances to the New Jersey Shore. This year's season, performed in July and August at the historic Paramount Theatre in Asbury Park, will include full productions of Carmen, Madama Butterfly, and Tosca.
The Metro Lyric Opera is seeking singers for the choruses of these productions, and welcomes singers of all levels. Whether you are a seasoned professional singer, or you've never before stepped on the opera stage -- please join us for a wonderful opera experience. Most rehearsals will be on Friday nights from 8 to 10:30 pm at 40 Ocean Avenue in Allenhurst NJ, (large blue house, please enter into the music studio on the left side). Rehearsals begin Friday, May 9th.
