House Manager
Recruits, organizes and trains ticket takers, head usher and ushers for June 14.
Box Office
Works with Stephen Bishop Seely on the set up and running of ticket sales and box office procedures. Recruits box office volunteers.
Choir & Band Coordinator
Calls local choir and band directors at local churches and schools and sets up appointments to speak to them about their group’s involvement. Then coordinates with the chosen groups to get them the music and other materials. Provides hand holding, encouragement and support through their rehearsal process. On the day of the event acts as wrangler for the groups with volunteer wranglers they have recruited as support.
Tech Support
Organizes and recruits tech volunteers and coordinates tech logistics. Works with costume coordinator, scenic designer, props person, lighting designer and TD along with David Leidholdt.
Props Person
Helps acquire, beg, borrow, steal, build props for the show. Organizes props and runners day of show.
Press & Promotions
Utilizing press releases, printed materials and the internet, gets the word out.
Sponsorship Manager
Contacts businesses and local merchants as possible sponsors. Takes care of sponsors and their guests the day of the event.
Honorary Committee Recruitment
Contacts celebrity & VIP’s for involvement and support.
Decorations & Set-Up
Responsible for decorations in the theatre and at the after party and the set up at both of membership, info and possibly merchandise tables and recruitment of those volunteers.
After Party Manager
Organizes and runs the after party
Cast Coordinator
Takes care of and recruits volunteers to take care of and provide hospitality for principal cast members.
Restaurant Coordinator
Manages and coordinates Prix-Fixe Restaurant program
Breakdown Coordinator
Recruits volunteers and organizes the breakdown and strike of all event items.
