Carol Senavitis

Promoting artists through outreach and education has been a focus of Carol's  for many years.  She began her career at the textiles department of Design Research in Philadelphia.  Then in Canada, she was part of an advertising agency and worked extensively for Unicef, an organization where original artwork communicates the message of the children.  In New Jersey, she has run the arts assembly program for H.W.Mountz School and launched her own creative company, Lacewings, which sells one-of-a-kind tea boxes at local boutiques.  She is presently the head teacher at a private preschool where she nurtures artistic expression each day.  In Carol's own words: "ArtsCAP allows me to work with a core of equally dedicated volunteers to elevate the profile of artists and their contributions to our culture".
