Cooking Demo and Wine Tasting with Marilyn

Langosta Lounge, an oceanfront restaurant and bar, announced its schedule today for its first-ever, public cooking demonstrations. Orchestrated by acclaimed Jersey Shore restaurateur Marilyn Schlossbach, the themed classes will educate attendees on cooking methodology, history and culture of the cuisine, and how to compliment flavors with wine.
Themes to be demonstrated during the once-monthly, Monday night classes include Spanish Tapas, Farm-to-Table, and Caribbean Cuisine. Guests will enjoy kitchen discourse and demonstrations with veteran chef Schlossbach, as well as an interactive wine tasting. In the end, a complete three-course meal will be served with wine pairings.
