After outgrowing their previous location, The Gallery 13 has moved to a much larger, nicer home. To celebrate, the Gallery 13 will host their Grand Re-Opening in their new space, Suite 5 of the Shoppes at the Arcade, 658 Cookman Ave. Asbury Park, NJ 07712. The Grand Re-Opening will be hosted on January 7th 2012 from 5 - 10 pm.

Gimme Shelter
The Belmar Arts Council (BAC) announces a challenge to visual artists to create art that helps create homes. The exhibit, titled Gimme Shelter, will benefit the Affordable Housing Alliance and the Belmar Arts Council’s Housing Help Program and raise awareness of the crisis many local residents face in finding safe, affordable housing.All artwork will be based on a house-shaped wooden panel made of lauan plywood.
